Advertising Tax Is Dead

Well it looks like Colorado and Colorado affiliates can breathe a sigh of relief. According to the PMA, HB10-1193 will now become a bill solely focused on collecting use tax, and nothing to do whatsoever with affiliates. Hopefully the same thing can be accomplished around the country when these Bills are proposed. A big thank you should go out to the PMA and Fight Against the Advertising Tax.
